Sarah's Transformation: Read Her Incredible Story
When Sarah, 51 years young, contacted us to tell us about her incredible results from our 21 day programme, The Metabolic Reset, we were thrilled. From sky-high energy levels and weight loss to better mood and more, her results were pretty inspirational. Read all about her journey below.
How did you feel early on in the programme?
Within the first few days, I really did feel amazing, like a different person. I felt more focused, less foggy, more energy, less bloaty.
How did you feel at the end of the programme?
I dropped 11lbs in three weeks, I sleep way better, have a happier and more enthusiastic attitude day-to-day, and my clothes fit me way better - my partner tells me all the time that he cannot believe the transformation in me.
How did you fit the programme in with your family?
My partner is also eating some meals with me, mostly evening meals, and he loves them too! I was worried he would find them too healthy or too vegan … but he adores the taste of everyone I make and is considering dropping his sugary morning cereal once and for all!
A bit fear when it comes to nutrition programmes is that you will feel hungry – what would you say?
I did not once feel ‘deprived’ on this program, always full, always satisfied, which is rare in my experience of ‘diets.'
Did you find the program easy to adapt?
Having an easy program to follow, with recipes that only take about 30 minutes to make - has been life changing, I look forward to creating meals now, and put love and respect into the food, instead of rushing around, just adding ’stuff’ to try and satisfy hunger. AND, my weekly shop has reduced from approx £140 to £85 - it’s win win.
What did you love most about the programme?
The weight loss has become a secondary bonus, I am most happy and enthusiastic about the way it has made me feel! That's the most important thing for me. I have been telling everyone I can about this programme, and want to shout it from the rooftops.
