Magnesium comes in a variety of forms, and each form has a different function. This supplement blends two of our favourite forms of Magnesium, not only for their bioavailability, but for their specific benefits to our body, mind, and overall wellbeing. Magnesium Glycinate is a form of Magnesium bound to the amino acid Glycine, which naturally occurs in high-protein foods like fish and meat. Glycine is a building block for protein and hormone synthesis, combats fatigue, and is import for overall cognitive function. Magnesium Malate is a form of Magnesium bound to Malic Acid, a naturally occurring acid from fruit, and is the most absorbable form you can get.
