"BEST THING I HAVE EVER DONE"
"It is my penultimate day of the 28-day-reset. I am not going to lie, it was hard going from the Christmas binge to such a clean diet, plus the sheer amount of chopping, prepping and washing up. That's the worst thing I can say about it - I would 100% do it again. I stuck to the food principles (only using recipes from the booklet) and the fasting timings. I was not so strict with the exercise - I didn't do any (I am incredibly unfit and have suffered with fainting on low calories in the past) I was also unable to give up smoking and one diet coke per day (I know that is totally against the rules). I did the body brushing and hot/cold showers perhaps twice.
Even considering all the above, I STILL feel like I have been totally transformed. I have lost 16lbs - on day 27, my skin has never been this clear, I have not craved sugar ONCE, I feel hungry less often but above all my frame of mind has improved significantly... I am concentrating better at work, I am happier, I am more positive and have more energy. I am already planning to do this again, and properly this time - I can't imagine how good the results would be then!"
