Who should take GI Fix?

Anyone who would like support regularity, comfort, or overall gut health. GI Fix can also be supportive in soothing the gut after a short illness or medication use, and the herbal components have traditionally been used to support intestinal permeability (leaky gut).

When will I notice a difference on GI Fix?

Many people start to notice more regular or fuller bowel movements and digestive comfort within the first few days, however, every body is different. We recommend using the product for at least three months for best results.

Can I take GI Fix if I don't have a gut problem

Yes. GI Fix can be used occasionally for relief digestive symptoms or to encourage bowel movements, for example, when travelling or after illness. Because it contains therapeutic resistant starch, probiotic strains, and soothing herbs like slippery elm, it is a great way to support overall gut health

Resistant starch is a type of prebiotic that nourishes the microbiome and supports overall health, metabolism, and more. Cooking techniques can increase the resistant starch content in certain foods, for example cooling cooked potatoes and rice.
