NUTRITION
Across the 5-days, you will follow a cleansing, nourishing menu designed to enhance energy, metabolism, and detoxification. Your nutrition guide includes daily recipes, a shopping list, and options to personalise throughout. Whilst both plans incorporate Intermittent Fasting, there are two levels to choose from:

—Level 1 - perfect for individuals who are new to cleansing practices or are looking for a more relaxed meal plan.

—Level 2 - perfect for those craving a more drastic result or are more comfortable with intermittent fasting and cleansing programmes. This menu follows a lower calorie count than Level 1.
THE MOVEMENT
A core part of your 5-Day Cleanse is the daily movement schedule, which is designed to give you strength, lengthen, and sculpt whilst keeping your cortisol low. Led by resident yogi, Olive, your movement library combines strength-based and restorative practices for amazing results.
