How to use it

Take 2 capsules in the morning or evening with food. Alternatively, take 1 capsule morning and evening.

Contraindications: Contains Vitamin A and must be avoided when pregnant. Should not be taken alongside Skin Clinic. If you have any medical conditions or are taking prescription medication, please see contraindications in our FAQ's.

*Vitamin C, Vitamin A, Zinc, and Selenium contribute to the normal function of the immune system. Selenium and Vitamin C contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. Vitamin C contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
