Biome Restore is for anyone looking for extra-strength support for the gut, including those wanting to combat imbalances, or support the gut during or after antibiotic use. Biome Restore should not be taken in pregnancy and is for adults aged 18 and over.

When will I see a difference?

Everyone is different, so some people will experience changes more quickly than others. It's common to feel a difference in daily comfort and regularity within the first week of use, an other benefits that come from overall microbial health over time, which is why we recommend continuing for three months to feel the full effect.

How long should I take this for?

It depends on your individual level of comfort and starting point. Here are some of the ways we like to use it:
