These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website http://artah.co and the purchase of any products (“Products”) from Artah Nutrition Limited (“Artah”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

1. Scope and Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order through our website, you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply to all sales of Products made via our website.
2. International Users
Our services are operated from the UK. If you access our services from outside the UK, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws.
3. Payment
All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. Prices and billing details are as displayed on the website at the time of your order.
We use Shopify Payments and Stripe as our payment processors. By submitting your payment details, you authorise us to process the full order amount. You agree to update your payment and account details as necessary.
We reserve the right to change our pricing and billing methods at any time. For billing queries, please contact hello@artah.co.
4. Order Process
Each order you place constitutes an offer to purchase. Confirmation of receipt does not constitute acceptance. A contract is formed only upon dispatch of the Product(s). We reserve the right to reject orders for reasons including:
- Pricing or product description errors
- Suspicion of fraud or payment issues
- Product unavailability
If a Product is discontinued, we will cancel the order and issue a refund for the relevant item(s).
5. Returns and Damaged Goods
Returns: Due to the nature of our Products, we do not accept returns once an order has been dispatched.
Damaged Products: If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email hello@artah.co within 14 days, quoting your order number. We will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Third-party Purchases: If you bought our Products from a retailer or partner, please refer to their return policy.
Resale is strictly prohibited. Products are for personal use only.
6. 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our products and offer a 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee for customers who do not experience noticeable improvements after consistent use.
Eligibility Criteria:
- You must have purchased and used up to three (3) units of the same product within a continuous 90-day period.
- Eligible purchase formats include:
- Three consecutive one-time purchases (one per month)
- A 3-month (monthly) subscription
- A quarterly subscription (covering a 90-day supply)
What’s Covered:
- If you are not satisfied with the results after using the product consistently over the full 90-day period, you may be eligible for a full refund of the total amount paid for up to three (3) units of that product.
- Shipping fees are not refundable.
How to Make a Claim:
- Contact hello@artah.co within 14 days of completing the 90-day period.
- Include your order numbers and a brief summary of your experience.
- We may request confirmation of usage before issuing a refund or suitable alternative.
Please Note:
- Applies only to first-time purchases of a specific product.
- Inconsistent use or claims outside the eligible window may not be accepted.
- This guarantee does not apply to purchases made via third-party retailers or affiliates.
7. Digital Products (eBooks)
Refunds are not available once an eBook has been downloaded. If not downloaded, refunds may be requested within 7 days of purchase.
8. Chrono-Reset Programme
Participants agree:
- The programme is for general educational purposes and does not constitute medical advice.
- Consult your doctor before making health-related changes.
- Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.
- Artah is not liable for any injuries or adverse effects.
Opt-out: Notify us before 1 January 2025 at hello@artah.co if you wish to withdraw.
9. International Delivery
We ship to select international destinations. You are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or taxes. We are not liable for:
- Customs delays or seizures
- Non-compliance with local laws
- Additional costs or losses from non-delivery
10. Subscriptions
By subscribing, you agree to recurring charges.
- Minimum subscription term: 2 months
- After the minimum term, you may pause, amend, or cancel via your account settings.
11. Medical Disclaimer
Our content is educational and not a substitute for medical advice. Consult your doctor before making health decisions. We reserve the right to cancel memberships for breach of terms.
12. Product Warranty & Disclaimer
We warrant that Products will match their description at the time of dispatch and be free from material defects. This does not cover damage due to:
- Improper use or storage
- Conditions outside UK ambient standards

All Products comply with UK food supplement regulations. International customers must ensure local compliance. We are not liable for:
- Customs holds or rejections

Shelf-life applies only under recommended UK storage conditions. Nutrient levels may degrade in unsuitable environments.
