Skin Clinic and Cellular Defence must be strictly avoided whilst pregnant as they both contain Vitamin A. With anything else, it’s always best to check with your doctor or practitioner before taking any supplements. 

No, the dosages provided in our formulations are for adults 18+

Wherever possible, we strive to keep our formulations vegan. There is one notable exception: our Essential Omegas are from sustainably sourced fish.

We are obsessed with the quality of our supplements and ensure that no toxic, potentially damaging or unnecessary fillers are in our supplements. While there is a need to use certain flow agents, we only use non-bioactive ingredients when there is a strict need, and we’ve made sure that they are as natural as possible. Our flow agents adhere to the Clean Label movement, which is a consumer-driven initiative that calls for transparency and natural, simple ingredients. We use minimal amounts of Bamboo Silica and stone-ground brown rice flour as our main flow agents, whereas other brands use Magnesium Stearate (a lubricant that can cause gut inflammation and block nutrient absorption), Magnesium Silica (talcum powder) and other undesirable chemicals.

In most cases, no. Unless clearly stated on the label, our products are free from gluten, dairy, eggs, soy, nuts and GMOs. They are also free from hydrogenated and trans fats, coatings, shellacs, titanium dioxide, chemical sweeteners and preservatives. GI Cleanse, however, contains nuts

Unopened, our recyclable, black glass jars help to preserve formulas naturally for two years, without the need for chemical preservatives.Once opened/safety seal removed, we recommend consuming within six months. You’ll find the use by date on the bottom of each of our jars, the side of our bottles, and the back of our pouches. We never sell out of date stock.

Because we use high-quality natural ingredients, slight variations in capsule colour can occur from batch to batch. This is completely normal and results from natural compounds interacting with each other. Rest assured, the formula and effectiveness remain exactly the same. Once the product is opened and the seal is removed, moisture and oxygen can begin to interact with the capsules. If the product is not taken consistently, you may notice some discolouration over time. This is a natural process and the capsules are still safe to consume.

This will be different for everyone and depend on your starting point. Some individuals feel the effects of supplementation immediately, whereas some effects may take longer to see.

Alcohol is a powerful solvent and allows the active ingredients that aren’t water soluble to be extracted from the herbs. These include important essential oils, alkaloids, and resins. Since the amount of diluted alcohol ingested is small (only up to 5ml) it is considered negligible and considered safe. If you would like to decrease the amount of alcohol present in the tincture, you can add your dose to boiling water and take it as a tea. While this won’t get rid of the alcohol in full, it will allow a good proportion of the alcohol to evaporate.

Yes. We ship to a select list of countries (Germany, France, Spain, Netherlands, Switzerland, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and UAE). We are working to expand our network by adding further countries.

For all non UK orders — yes. We are unable to offer a specific customs calculation at the time of checkout and have no control over these charges. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs office for further information.

UK PROCESSING TIME

  • Standard delivery: Your order will take 1-2 business days for our warehouse to process, and it will ship and arrive within 2 business days after that.
  • Express delivery: Your order will take 1 business day for our warehouse to process before it is dispatched. Please note that during busy periods, processing may take a little longer.

INTERNATIONAL PROCESSING TIME

  • 2 working days upon order confirmation

Once processed and dispatched:

  • UK STANDARD DELIVERY: 48 hours
  • UK EXPRESS: Next working day
  • INTERNATIONAL: 7-14 business days

From time to time, especially during peak seasons (such as the holiday period). It may take longer for your parcel to arrive. Once the parcel is with the carrier it is out of our control. We really do thank you for your patience. If it's been eight days and still no sign of your item(s), please do get in touch with us and we will do everything we can to sort for you!

UK

In the UK all standard orders will are usually shipped via Royal Mail Tracked48, EVERI, DHL, or UPS. For express shipping, orders will go out via DPD or EVERI. You will be sent a verified tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

NORTH AMERICA, EU, ASIA PACIFIC

These orders will usually be shipped via Hermes International and then handed off to a local carrier. For example, if you order from the USA, Hermes International will ship the parcel from the UK to USA and USPS will complete the delivery. We sometimes also ship via UPS or DHL. You will be sent a verified tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
