This programme is for anyone looking to support their microbiome and overall gut health. You can choose from two levels:
Level One is 14 days, and is perfect for anyone looking to cleanse and reinvigorate their digestive system, but who isn’t necessarily suffering from a chronic digestive issue or systemic fatigue.
Level Two is 28 days, and is designed for those looking to address gut symptoms and/or systemic symptoms like fatigue, skin imbalances, and poor metabolic control.
FODMAP stands for fermentable oligosaccharides, di saccharides, monosaccharides and polyols. In laymen's terms, it refers to foods that contain short-chain carbohydrates and simple sugar alcohols. This programme limits FODMAP foods and simple sugars to help reduce bloating and other symptoms of dysbiosis, whilst addressing the underlying imbalance with The Gut Recovery Set.
Absolutely. If you aren't suffering from gut issues, we recommend Level One.
