Shipping + Delivery

After placing your order please allow up to 2 working days for our warehouse to process it. Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with your shipping information and tracking number.

UK delivery. 

We deliver throughout the UK and offer options with Royal Mail and EVERI. Our standard delivery option is 'Tracked 48' - this is free for customers whose cart exceeds £50.00. You may opt for a 'Tracked 24' service at an additional price. The cut0off time for 'Tracked 24' is 11:30am. 

International delivery.

We deliver to select locations within the EU and overseas (France, Netherlands, Switzerland, UAE, United States, and Canada). There may be restrictions on the delivery of certain products with international delivery destinations, in which case we may not be able to deliver to you and may not be able to accept your order.  If a product is unavailable in your territory, you will receive a notification upon checkout and will not be able to add the item to your cart.  

If you order Products from our site for delivery to certain international delivery destinations, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are applied when the delivery reaches that destination. Please note that we have no control over these charges, and we cannot predict their amount.

You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the Products are destined. We will not be liable or responsible if you break any such law.

The time for delivery of international orders is currently between 5-7 working days but this may be updated from time to time based on seasonality and demand.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ITEMS LOST IN TRANSIT OR WHEN ITEMS ARE CONFIRMED DELIVERED BUT NOT FOUND BY RECIPIENT.

Returns 

If you would like to return any product(s), please contact us at hello@artah.co within fourteen (14) days of receipt of your order, stating the original order number. We will cover the cost of UK mainland returns and will provide a shipping label. Once we receive your product(s), we will issue a refund if the product is accepted. For your return to be ‘accepted’, the product(s) must reach us in their original state, unused, and in original packaging with the safety seal intact. We will not be able to accept any returns if the safety seal is either broken or has been tampered with. Please note original shipping costs will not be refunded.

This policy does not apply to product(s) received as part of a subscription.

If items have been purchased from a retailer or other online affiliate, please refer to their returns policy and process with them.
