Marketing Manager

 

About the role: 

We are seeking a passionate and driven Marketing Manager to join our team. You will be a critical figure in the growth of our brand, driving and contributing to a wide range of marketing initiatives. You will help us build and maintain partnerships with key brands, influencers and stakeholders in the wellness, fitness, fashion and beauty industries, while creating compelling activations and devising new strategies to grow our audience. You will be an analytical powerhouse, fuelling the team with data-led insights that help us drive the business forward. 

 

What you'll be doing:  

→ Collaborate with brand partners, affiliates and influencers to develop and execute marketing and content campaigns that drive user engagement and growth. 
→ Work with internal teams to identify trends and insights that can inform growth strategy, including content, partnership opportunities and customer activations.
Coordinate in-house and external teams to execute brand activations including but not limited to; partnerships, events, PR, and influencer seeding. 
→ Regular analysis of internal and external data sources to enhance our understanding of campaign performance, the audience, growth opportunities, purchase behaviour and loyalty strategies. 
→ Manage and track inventory for PR, events and influencers 
→ Manage the lifecycle of brand collateral and inventory for product sampling to ensure accurate inventory forecasting is passed on to relevant stakeholders. 
→ Assist in generating monthly and weekly reporting  

     

    What skills and experience do you need:   

    → Proven experience in account management, partnership strategy, preferably in the health and wellness industry.  
    → Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stake holders 
    → Results-driven mindset with a proven track record of achieving targets/KPIs to drive business growth  
    → Analytical and strategic thinking abilities with the capacity to identify opportunities and make data-driven decisions.        
    → Comfortable working with and visualising data. 
    → Self-motivated, inquisitive and proactive approach to work, with the ability to work independently as part of a team. 
    → Some experience working with affiliate platforms preferred, e.g. Awin, Upromote 
    Proficient in Microsoft Office/Gsuite
