Who should take Biome Restore?

Biome Restore is for anyone looking for extra-strength support for the gut, including those wanting to combat imbalances, or support the gut during or after antibiotic use. Biome Restore should not be taken in pregnancy and is for adults aged 18 and over.

When will I see a difference?

Everyone is different, so some people will experience changes more quickly than others. It's common to feel a difference in daily comfort and regularity within the first week of use, an other benefits that come from overall microbial health over time, which is why we recommend continuing for three months to feel the full effect.

What does Lion's Mane do?

Lion's Mane is a nootropic mushroom with supports focus, clarity, and a overall emotinoal wellbeing. Lion's Mane also acts as a prebiotic, nourishing beneficial bacteria in the gut.

How long should I take this for?

It depends on your individual level of comfort and starting point. Here are some of the ways we like to use it:

For microbiome and gut support after a short illness or short course of antibiotics: 1 month, and then move onto Enhanced Synbiotic for daily maintenance.

For ongoing imbalances: for 3-6 months, depending on the severity, and then move onto Enhanced Synbiotic for daily maintenance.

For focus and to combat the effects of a busy lifestyle: as needed.

Can I take Biome Restore whilst on antibiotics?

Yes, unless you advised not to by your doctor. Taking probiotics alongside antibiotics may reduce digestive and gut symptoms associated with antibiotics. We recommend taking it 2 hours away from your antibiotic.
