Instructions: Take 2 capsules in the morning or evening with food. Alternatively, take 1 capsule morning and evening. Contraindications: Contains Vitamin A and must be avoided when pregnant. Should not be taken alongside Skin Clinic. Precautions: If taking medications or health condition present, consult your healthcare practitioner before using this product.
