The live programme starts on January 13th. You'll have access to the course platform and all materials from January 1st, so if you wish to start ahead of time you can do so. You won't benefit from the live webinars, Q+A sessions and live fitness, however, all sessions will be uploaded to the course platform after they've happened, so you can watch them in your own time if you wish.
The programme is 3 weeks, but we've given you a bonus week of content should you wish to continue. Additionally, you'll have access to the programme for 8 weeks, so have plenty of time to do the plan if you miss the start date, and all important course materials can be downloaded for your reference.
Every body is different, but after 3 weeks of mindful nutrition, movement, and our thrive practices, results can include better energy, more metabolic flexibility, an improvement in gut health, brighter skin, fat loss and more.
Yes! The live webinars will be uploaded to the course platform within 24 hours, so you can follow along in your own time if the schedule doesn't suit you. Likewise, if you'd like to start a few days earlier or later, you'll have all the information you need to get going without the webinars.
No. We've provided a day-by day meal plan as a guide for those who like more specificity and don't want to think about what to cook. If you prefer flexibility, you can use any recipe from the eBook at any time, or create your own meal using the Core Foods list and cheat sheets we've provided.
No, this is not a meal delivery service.
Yes. This plan will help build your kitchen confidence and has a variety of meals to chose from. The meal plans utilise leftovers and batch cooking to help save time, and if you prefer to still order food or eat out, we've provided a Guide to Eating Out to help you along the way.
Yes! This plan is designed to deliver results using food, movement, and lifestyle practices. Should you wish to enhance your results or feel you need extra support, you can use the supplements as an add-on.
Once you purchase the programme, you'll receive a link via email to create an account to our online platform. Please check your spam if you do not see this right away. Once you create an account on the platform, you can access the course from there on both mobile or desktop.

Both. We've provided meal plans for both plant-based and omnivorous diets, and have included ways to personalise recipes to your preference.
You can easily eat out in weeks 1 and 3. During the Chrono-fast in Week 2, you'll be eating a specific dinner and will not be able to eat dinner out. However, you are still free to eat out following the guidelines for breakfast and lunch.
Yes, although we recommend reducing activity in the Chrono-fast in Week 2. Additionally, you can increase portion sizes to suit your training goals.
