These include L-Carnitine, Alpha-Lipoic Acid, Green Tea, Fenugreek and more.

What won't this product do?

Metabolic Fix is not a replacement for foundational dietary or lifestyle changes, and is not designed to act as medication. It is, however, a great next step if:

Your nutrition is already broadly sound, and you want metabolic support that works with it. This can include supporting cravings and healthy glucose regulation.
You experience stress-driven cravings, afternoon energy crashes, or post-meal slumps.
You're navigating perimenopause, peri- or post-natal recovery, or another life stage where your metabolism has shifted.
You want steadier energy and fewer cravings - not appetite suppression.

When will I notice a difference on Metabolic Fix?

It's common to start feeling improvements in energy balance, appetite and cravings within the first two weeks. Other changes, like metabolism or weight loss, may take longer to experience. Consistency is key and we recommend taking this for three months to feel the full effects, alongside a healthy diet.

Does it contain caffeine from the green tea?

Our green tea extract contains trace amounts of caffeine, about 2mg per serving, however for most this is too low to have a stimulating effect. We standardise our Green Tea to Polyphenol and ECGC content to ensure you're getting the most beneficial compounds in every single dose.

Can I take Metabolic Fix if I am on blood sugar lowering medication?

No. Individuals with T1D, or those are taking sugar lowering medications should avoid Metabolic Fix.
