Our 90-Day Feel-Good Guarantee applies to products purchased individually, through subscription, or in bundles.

If you do not experience noticeable improvements by the end of your second purchase, please contact us at hello@artah.co for support and guidance. If, after completing your third purchase, you still do not see results, you may be eligible for a refund on the product purchased across the 90-Day window or an exchange to an alternative product, provided you have used three consecutive jars/pouches within a 90-day period.

Eligibility

You must have used our product(s) consistently over a 90-day period, either through monthly purchases (for three consecutive months) or a 3-month subscription.

Claim Period

You must contact us within fourteen (14) days after the 90-day period has concluded to initiate a refund or exchange request.
