Take 1.5 ml twice daily with water, as a tea, or neat as needed up to 30 minutes before a meal or anytime afterwards. Digest + Debloat is versatile and can be used in a variety of situations. Here are some of our favourite ways to use it:
— Before eating, to stimulate digestion
— After a meal to support comfort
— Daily in the morning, to support digestion
— To support digestion during certain points in your monthly cycle

For occasional or meal related discomfort, most people feel some relief within 30 minutes. For persistent issues we recommend using it daily for at least three months to feel the full effect, and consider pairing it with Enhanced Synbiotic or GI Fix to support the health of the microbiome.

Digest + Debloat contains herbs that are known as digestive bitters, a class of herbs that stimulate digestion. As such, the tincture has a strong, bitter taste. Feel free to adjust the taste with more or less water or juice.
