Here are seven common nutrition mistakes that could be leaving you feeling exhausted.
1. Overdoing Intermittent Fasting

Intermittent fasting can work well for some people, but longer fasting windows aren't always better. It’s “intermittent” for a reason. Restricting your eating window too much can make it difficult to consume enough calories, protein, fibre, vitamins and minerals to meet your body's needs. (1)

7. Neglecting Fibre + Gut Health
Why it matters

When Fatigue Is More Than Nutrition
Nutrition is a major piece of the puzzle, but it isn't the only factor.
