Welcome to your 5-Day Cleanse.

 

This plan combines powerful practices with health forward foods that together, deliver a total body reboot. We love this plan because of how achievable it is, all it takes is five days of committing to good food, mindful movement, and purposeful self-care, and your body will do the rest. It can be used as a kickstart for getting into a good routine, or as a maintenance plan to enhance your health.

 5-DAY CLEANSE 

Detox Flow — 45 mins 

This practice focuses on twists and folds to help stimulate the internal organs and support the body's natural detoxification pathways. You will need a yoga mat and two yoga blocks.

Energising Flow — 60 mins

This hour-long vinyasa flow will build heat and help open up the body. We move fluidly with static holds to help us find our centre. You will need a yoga mat and two yoga blocks.

Yoga Sculpt: Abs — 20 mins

A 20-minute ab-blast to get your core fired up. Strength-based. You will need a yoga mat and two yoga blocks.

Deep Release: Hips + Hamstrings — 25 mins

This 25-minute lower body yin practice is designed to help open up through the hips, glutes and hamstrings, encouraging a total physical and emotional release. You will need a yoga mat, two yoga blocks, and a bolster or some cushions.

Yoga Sculpt: Arms — 15 mins

A 15-minute upper body focused flow to build strength + tone the arms. You will need a yoga mat and two yoga blocks.

Breathwork – 8 mins

An 8-min guided pranayama to help you quiet the mind and find some grounding. 


 

 

Sound Healing — 60 mins

In this immersive session, instructor Lina will submerge you into a bath of
sound and vibration using Tibetan and crystal singing bowls. A chance to journey inward, invite a quiet space to the mind and find a sense of deeper relaxation. To set yourself up, find a private room and place to lay, wearing warm, comfortable clothing, with your phone off so you can be disruption free. Use this as frequently as you'd like during the cleanse to help your body get into a state of deep relaxation and release held tension.
